What is open on Christmas Day

  • Christmas in Avoriaz

    Avoriaz holds its Christmas Eve show on the Dromonts slope: a torchlit descent, Father Christmas arriving, then fireworks. Free to watch.

    Les Gets lifts open fully on Saturday 19 December 2026, the first day of Christmas week. Father Christmas is in the village 20–24 December.

    Méribel's lifts open on 5 December 2026 and run to 18 April 2027. The tourist office lists a Father Christmas parade in the village on 24 December.
