What this site is
Chalet for Christmas is an information and comparison site. We are not a travel agent, we are not a tour operator, and we do not take bookings or payments. Every booking is made with a third party on their own site under their own terms, and your contract is with them.
Accuracy
We research what we publish and cite the source and date for measured figures such as altitudes and prices. Resorts change lifts, operators change what is included, and prices move. Check the detail with the provider before you book — particularly anything that decides your choice.
The Christmas Snow Score
The Christmas Snow Score is our own calculation describing how reliable a resort tends to be in Christmas week, based on altitude, terrain, snowmaking and past December openings. It is not a forecast and not a promise. Alpine snow varies every season, and no score on this site should be read as a guarantee of conditions in any particular year.
